Sevi İslamageç Utkan advises domestic and international companies on a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters, including corporate obligations, investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business establishments. She has significant experience supporting clients in the negotiation, management, and restructuring of commercial contracts in Türkiye, and frequently assists with corporate governance and business structuring matters.

She counsels clients on M&A transactions and investment projects, corporate structuring and governance, VC and emerging growth financing, regulatory compliance for innovative and technology-driven business models, and technology-related agreements, including IT contracts and structuring for new product launches. She regularly advises regulatory compliance guidance, including on matters related to crowdfunding, structuring of new venture capital funds and early-stage and emerging growth financing projects.

Sevi works across diverse industries, including technology, telecommunications, industrial and manufacturing, retail and consumer products, pharmaceuticals, entertainment, heavy industry, and energy. She is particularly active in the entrepreneurial and start-up ecosystem, advising both investors and high-growth companies.

Sevi is an active contributor to the start-up and venture capital community in Türkiye and frequently speaks at conferences and events.
