Hazal advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and banking and finance. She supports clients throughout all stages of corporate transactions, including planning, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.

She has strong experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance in Turkey, as well as in commercial finance projects and loan facilities. Hazal regularly assists with contract negotiation and restructuring, and provides day-to-day legal support on corporate, employment, capital markets, and IT matters.

In M&A and joint ventures, she plays a key role in due diligence and the preparation of transaction documents, helping clients identify and manage legal risks. In the project finance space, she advises borrowers and lenders on various financing transactions, with experience in drafting security agreements and supporting refinancing and risk management arrangements.
