Litigation

Muthusi is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation department in Pretoria.

He holds a BCom Law degree, majoring in Business Management and Economics (2017), and an LLB degree (2019), both from the University of Pretoria, and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2022.

Muthusi’s practice focuses primarily on general corporate and commercial litigation, with experience across a range of matters, including contractual disputes, property-related litigation, and commercial claims. His experience includes complex, multi-party disputes, with exposure to proceedings in the High Court and in Arbitration.
