Lavashnee is a senior associate in the Property Department.

Lavashnee obtained her LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2011. She is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary. Lavashnee specializes in various aspects of property law including drafting of agreements for the transfer of immovable property, attending to the transfers of commercial and residential property, opening and registration of sectional title schemes,  registration of mortgage bonds, bond cancellations, servitudes, subdivision and consolidation of properties as well as opening of townships.
