Jelena Simunjak graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, majoring in International Law, and subsequently completed her Master’s studies at the same faculty, focusing on Commercial Law with an emphasis on common law.

She completed her legal internship at law firms in Belgrade, gaining experience across a broad range of legal matters.

After successfully passing the bar and attorney exams in 2024, she has primarily focused on representing and advising domestic and international clients in corporate and commercial law. A native Russian speaker with professional proficiency in English and German, she provides legal support to international clients in their business operations.

Jelena is representing foreign companies in commercial disputes and international arbitration matters related to commercial transactions

She joined TSG Lawyers in April 2026.
