Position

FBC – Eran Yaniv

Mr. Yaniv is a partner in FBC’s Corporate Department, acting for clients in a variety of cross-border corporate transactions with an emphasis on technology, life sciences and venture capital investments.

Mr. Yaniv has a particular expertise in hi-tech and complex international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. He is involved in the structuring and representation of venture capital, mezzanine, and hedge funds operating in Israel and the United States, and has significant experience in restructuring, debt financing, and spin-offs. He regularly advises public and private companies on strategic collaborations, technology licensing, and securities issuances.

Mr. Yaniv serves as the Co-Chairman of the Corporate Committee of the Tel Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association.

Mr. Yaniv lectures as part of the graduate program in Business Management at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, and serves as the joint chairman of the Corporate Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
