Mr. Tepper is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department, with a diverse corporate practice, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.

He has represented public and private acquirers and target companies, and private equity firms and investment banks in a variety of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, and other corporate matters.

Mr. Tepper provides day-to-day counseling to the firm’s technology clients with a particular focus on life science and medical service providers, playing a key role in advising clients in all stages of their development, from start-up through to public offering.

Mr. Tepper has been involved in the establishment and representation of private investment and private equity funds.

Mr. Tepper has an active practice representing international clients in their business activities in Israel.

Career

Mr. Tepper joined the firm in 1999 and during the years 2001 and 2005, Mr. Tepper was an associate in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he was involved in a number of significant merger and acquisition transactions.
