Mr. Fried has a diverse corporate practice encompassing a broad range of corporate and commercial matters that include private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and the legal aspects of the operations of high-tech and life sciences companies, including the licensing and sale of technology.

 

Mr. Fried advises hi-tech companies from their early stages, and provides consultation regarding all legal, business and commercial aspects of their activities.

 

Mr. Fried has represented public and private acquirers, target companies, and private equity firms in a variety of domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and other corporate matters. He also advised venture capital funds and companies regarding a wide array of finance and investment agreements.
