Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

At SFA Law Firm, diversity and inclusion are central to our strategic vision and daily practices. We take pride in our inclusive work environment that spans across three major offices in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Haifa. This geographical reach not only enhances our firm’s accessibility but also enriches our culture, enabling us to bring together perspectives from various communities.

Women in Leadership

Our firm is proud to have approximately 60% female representation among our attorneys, with several women in key leadership roles. Notably, three of our female attorneys chair important committees within the Israel Bar Association, including the Gender Equality and Representation Forum. We provide a range of initiatives that develop leadership skills, support career growth, and ensure continuity for women at every stage. We actively support and provide guidance to female entrepreneurs as part of our broader commitment, reflecting our dedication to shaping a more inclusive and dynamic legal profession.

Embracing Cultural and Religious Diversity

Our team includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, representing a variety of religious beliefs and ethnicities, including Jewish, Arab, Christian, Muslim, and Orthodox team members. We believe that diversity in all forms enriches our firm and enhances our ability to serve a wide range of clients with sensitivity and understanding.

Transforming Communities through Pro Bono Work

We prioritize community contribution and volunteerism, dedicating time and resources to support non-profits and social organizations. We offer pro bono legal representation to various non-profit organizations focused on social betterment, including organizations supporting children and adults with intellectual disabilities, community health initiatives, and veterans' associations. We provide ongoing legal counsel, representation before authorities, and assistance with organizational governance. Our firm also maintains a regular volunteer station through the Israel Bar Association's 'Shchar Mitzvah' project, offering initial legal guidance to individuals in need. During challenging times, we remain committed to providing legal support to those affected by national crises.

At S. Friedman, Abramson & Co., we are dedicated to fostering an environment that celebrates diversity and promotes inclusion at every level. Our commitment to empowering individuals from all backgrounds, combined with our unwavering pursuit of excellence, ensures that we continue to deliver outstanding legal services while positively impacting the communities we serve.
