Chuks is the Managing Partner of Olaniwun Ajayi (UK) LLP. He specialises in complex cross-border financings and climate-aligned projects and investments in developing and
emerging markets, advising financial institutions, private equity sponsors, investment
funds, companies and other forms of investors on a range of corporate, structured and
project financings that have achieved completion and contributed over US$ 40 billion of
committed capital in almost 30 developing countries and emerging economies. He has led
on landmark deals in clean energy, industrial manufacturing, fintech, and transportation.
He sits on the Legal Regulatory Committee of the African Private Equity and Venture Capital
Association (AVCA) and is recognised as a “2025 Stand-out Lawyer” by Thomson Reuters
