Dorotheos is the Managing Partner and Head of M&A.

Dorotheos joined the firm in 1993 and throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in building and expanding the firm’s reputation as a trusted corporate dealmaker and a leading force in commercial litigation in Greece. With more than thirty years of experience, Dorotheos is widely recognized as one of Greece’s leading lawyers in corporate, M&A, restructuring, and commercial law. He advises on complex mergers and acquisitions, including leveraged buyouts, private equity transactions, and public takeovers, and leads an active restructuring practice that supports clients through transformative corporate changes. His work also encompasses joint ventures, IPOs, privatizations, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.

Alongside his transactional field, Dorotheos leads a highly active commercial litigation practice, having been involved in multiple high-profile cases before the Greek Courts. His litigation experience extends to representing mainly corporate clients before Greek administrative courts, handling a wide and diverse range of administrative disputes.

Dorotheos has acted for public and private companies, major banks, multinational corporations, leading Greek business figures, and high-net-worth individuals. He has also represented clients before independent supervisory authorities and in government investigations, combining strategic insight with deep legal expertise and business understanding.
