As head of the firm’s employment and pensions team, Anna specialises in advising social care and charity sector clients on a broad range of employment and workforce matters. With over 15 years’ experience, she acts for charities, owner-managed businesses, and private equity-backed providers delivering home care, supported living, elderly care, and services for children and people with learning disabilities.
Anna delivers strategic, solutions-focused advice on complex employment matters, including senior executive exits, TUPE transfers, and business restructures involving changes to terms and redundancies. She supports clients through sensitive disciplinary, grievance, and whistleblowing issues, and regularly conducts internal employee relations investigations. Anna also represents clients in employment tribunal proceedings and provides trusted guidance during national minimum wage (NMW) inspections and investigations, helping organisations navigate risks and achieve successful outcomes.
A nationally recognised expert in national minimum wage compliance and working time regulations, Anna authored the Homecare Association’s National Minimal Wage guide and played a key role in the landmark Mencap case acting for Care England.
