  • Representing the employer of the Belgian public railway companies (HR Rail) before the European Court of Justice in a preliminary ruling proceeding concerning the question of whether the duty of reasonable accommodation should encompass the search for an alternative position within the company and not only adaptations within the function itself.
  • Drafting a report for the ECA on the applicable rules regarding hiring out of employees between air carriers for several European countries.
  • Assisting Proximus with the information and consultation procedure for a collective dismissal, and helped the company to set up a social plan in order to avoid forced dismissals and to prevent collective actions by the trade unions.
