Anne-Valérie has been a tax partner within PwC Avocats since 2007, where she heads the Transactions department. For more than 17 years, she has assisted large industrial groups in France and abroad. Anne-Valérie has led more than 350 structuring projects for major international groups, whether in relation with the reorganization of sales, acquisitions, restructuring financing or integration.
