Associate Partner

Iryna is an Associate Partner, Tax & Legal Department at EY Ukraine. Iryna joined EY in 2004. Before that she had been an in-house lawyer with a multi-national spirit producing company.

Areas of expertise

Iryna has over 17 years of experience.

Key practice areas: corporate law, tax law (both domestic and international), investment planning and structuring.

Industry focus: oil & gas (upstream and downstream), energy, chemicals and utilities, telecom, retail consumer goods, real estate and hospitality.

Iryna obtained Master’s degree in law from the Kyiv National Shevchenko University.
