Efstathia is a Senior Associate of our Energy practice group. With in-depth knowledge of the evolving energy regulatory framework, including RES, storage, and offshore projects, she advises clients on regulatory and permitting matters throughout the project lifecycle. She has extensive experience in due diligence and risk assessment activities in relation to acquisition and financing of energy projects.

Efstathia is actively involved in M&A transactions and project development, including drafting transaction documentation and advising on corporate and commercial law issues. In addition, she is engaged in drafting and negotiating project agreements in the construction sector.

Previously, she gained experience in project finance transactions, particularly through participation in complex transactions related to energy and infrastructure projects by drafting and negotiating finance documents. Her experience also includes advising on real estate and bankability issues related to project development.
