Rania is a Senior Associate focusing on corporate, commercial and M&A law. She advises domestic and international corporate clients both on matters of corporate/ commercial nature related to their day-to-day operation as well as on M&A transactions, being involved in the due diligence work required as well as in the drafting of the relevant transactional documentation.

She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2018 and joined our firm in 2022. Rania is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
