Dorian Gasser advises and represents clients in complex disputes, investigations, and enforcement proceedings. His practice focuses on litigation and asset recovery, as well as general criminal law and white collar criminal matters. He regularly supports clients in internal and regulatory investigations, particularly where financial exposure and reputational risk are at stake.

In addition to his dispute work, Dorian counsels businesses and private clients on contract law, commercial and corporate matters, and banking and financial market regulation. His broad experience across litigation, advisory, and inhouse roles enables him to assess risk from multiple perspectives and develop strategies that are both legally sound and commercially practical.
