Iciar de Lorenzo Rodríguez-Inciarte joined Pérez-Llorca in 2015 and she was made Partner in January 2026.

Iciar specialises in corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and corporate governance matters. Throughout her career, she has advised domestic and international clients on a wide range of transactions across different sectors, regularly participating in cross-border M&A and private equity deals. She also provides ongoing advice on corporate, commercial and contractual matters.
