Francisco J. Gómez Apolinario joined Pérez-Llorca in 2017 and he was made Partner in January 2026.

Francisco specialises in corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and corporate governance matters. Throughout his career, he has advised domestic and international clients on a wide range of transactions, covering all stages of the investment process, including due diligence, negotiation and drafting of share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and divestment processes. He has also coordinated multidisciplinary and cross-border teams in complex transactions
