Pérez-Llorca

Ángel Martín joined Pérez-Llorca in 2014 and he was made Partner in January 2026.

Ángel specialises in advising financial institutions, private equity and investment funds, as well as domestic and international investors, on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets deals. Throughout his career, he has been involved in complex domestic and cross-border transactions, advising on deal structuring, legal and regulatory due diligence, and the negotiation of share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and joint venture arrangements. He also advises on capital markets transactions, including equity offerings, public takeover bids and corporate governance matters relating to listed companies.
