Pérez-Llorca

Yi Zhou joined Pérez-Llorca in 2013 and he was made Partner in January 2026.

Yi specialises in tax law, advising domestic and international clients on direct and indirect taxation matters affecting companies and their shareholders, both resident and non-resident. Throughout his career, Yi has developed significant experience in advising on corporate restructurings and acquisitions, particularly in the real estate and energy sectors, covering all phases of transactions including tax structuring, due diligence and implementation. He also advises on R&D tax incentives and represents clients in tax audits and proceedings before the tax authorities and courts
