Pérez-Llorca

Beatriz joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the Commercial and Tax department of a renowned Spanish law firm. She is currently part of the firm’s Corporate/M&A practice, having previously worked in the Banking and Finance practice.

Before joining Pérez-Llorca in 2020, Beatriz gained experience in the Commercial and Tax department of a well‑known Spanish firm, where she developed a solid foundation in corporate, commercial and tax-related matters. At Pérez-Llorca, she initially worked in the Banking and Finance practice, advising on financing transactions and regulatory matters. She later joined the Corporate/M&A team, where she currently advises on corporate transactions, including domestic and cross‑border M&A, corporate restructurings and general corporate law matters.
