Pérez-Llorca

Ignacio joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Before this, he undertook work experience at a prestigious international law firm.

Prior to her incorporation into Pérez-Llorca in 2019, Beatriz developed her professional career in both national and international law firms, gaining extensive experience in urban planning, environmental law, infrastructure and construction. At Pérez-Llorca, she advises in the Land Planning and Environment practice area and regularly participates in complex transactions across Spain, including emerging market trends such as flex living, build to rent and data centres. Ignacio specialises in commercial law. He advises domestic and international clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and co‑investment transactions, with a particular focus on advising strategic investors and investment funds. His practice covers a wide range of transactional and corporate matters within both national and cross‑border contexts.
