Pérez-Llorca

Beatriz joined Pérez-Llorca in January 2019. Before joining the firm, she worked as a lawyer in the Real Estate and Land Planning department of a national law firm and later in the Land Planning practice of an international law firm. She has over a decade of experience providing legal advice on urban planning, environmental, infrastructure and construction matters.

Prior to her incorporation into Pérez-Llorca in 2019, Beatriz developed her professional career in both national and international law firms, gaining extensive experience in urban planning, environmental law, infrastructure and construction. At Pérez-Llorca, she advises in the Land Planning and Environment practice area and regularly participates in complex transactions across Spain, including emerging market trends such as flex living, build to rent and data centres. Her practice includes advising domestic and international clients, including investment funds, developers, financial institutions, construction companies, real estate groups, public administrations and land planning entities, on a wide range of matters. These include nationwide real estate transactions across all asset types, land planning and environmental permitting, drafting and analysis of land planning reports, and the preparation, processing and review of planning and management instruments. She also handles environmental matters and has experience in administrative and contentious‑administrative litigation, as well as negotiations with public authorities and disciplinary proceedings.
