Pérez-Llorca

Noemi joined the firm in 2020 and currently works in the Corporate practice. She previously completed work experience at the firm as part of her Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession, and has gained experience in both Corporate and Real Estate practices through internships at renowned Spanish and international firms.

Before joining the firm, Noemi undertook an internship in the Corporate department of a leading Spanish law firm, as well as in the Real Estate practice of a prestigious international firm. Since 2020, she has been developing her career within the firm’s Corporate practice, contributing to a broad range of transactional and advisory matters. Her academic background in Law and Business Administration, combined with her specialised Master’s training, provides her with a solid foundation for advising clients on corporate and commercial matters.
