Pérez-Llorca

Eugenio Marín joined Pérez-Llorca in 2015 and became a partner in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, he completed work experience in the Corporate Law practice during the academic years 2012–2013 and 2013–2014, as well as from September 2014 to March 2015.

After gaining experience across three different practice areas within the firm, Eugenio joined the Corporate and Finance practice. He has advised national and international clients, including both private and listed companies, and has participated in a wide range of national and cross‑border transactions. His experience includes financing, restructuring, debt acquisition and asset finance matters, providing comprehensive legal support in complex corporate and financial operations.
