Pérez-Llorca

Iván joined Pérez-Llorca as a partner in 2024. Before joining the firm, he was a State Advocate and Inspector of the Services of the General State Administration on leave of absence.

He possesses broad expertise across all aspects of employment law, with a strong emphasis on handling complex litigation, collective labor negotiations, and organizational restructuring, including insolvency cases. His experience spans a wide range of industries, such as the public sector, finance, technology, healthcare, education, science, aviation, media, ports, and road transportation, among others
