Antonio Ruiz joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023 and he was made Partner in January 2026.

Antonio specialises in tax law, with a particular focus on general and real estate taxation, as well as the tax aspects of corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and private wealth. Prior to joining Pérez-Llorca, Antonio had over 15 years of experience advising clients in leading law firms. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in the tax structuring of complex transactions, as well as in accounting law and ongoing tax advisory for corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals.
