Pérez-Llorca

Belén Wert joined Pérez-Llorca in 2017 and she was made Partner in January 2026.

Belén specialises in Administrative Law, advising domestic and international clients on regulatory matters, particularly in relation to project financing and transactions in the energy and natural resources sector. Prior to joining Pérez-Llorca, she worked at the Madrid office of a leading international law firm, where she gained experience advising Spanish and international clients on energy law matters. Throughout her career, Belén has developed strong expertise in regulatory issues linked to complex projects and corporate transactions in regulated sectors
