Clara joined in 2018 after several years of experience in the Public Law departments of other renowned Spanish law firms, becoming part of Pérez-Llorca’s Land Planning and Environment practice.
Career
Clara advises national and international clients on Planning Law, with a focus on urban development entities and land management. She leads administrative and court proceedings on urban and environmental issues and plays a key role in major real estate transactions across sectors. Clara is also known for her expertise in new housing models and their regulatory adaptation. She manages complex land developments and planning instruments nationwide, especially in Madrid, Catalonia, Andalusia, and northern Spain.
