Pérez-Llorca

Santiago Bertola Longhi joined Pérez-Llorca’s Finance team in 2018. Before that, he gained experience in the Capital Markets department of a leading international firm in Madrid, and previously spent three months in the Procedural Law department of a major Spanish firm.

Santiago is part of Pérez-Llorca’s Finance team and advises on debt issuance transactions, including securitisations, structured finance, corporate and high-yield bonds, regulatory capital, and mortgage-backed securities.
