Beatriz joined the firm in January 2019. Before joining, she worked as a lawyer in the Real Estate and Planning departments of both a national and an international law firm, accumulating over a decade of experience advising on urban planning, environmental, infrastructure and construction matters.

Prior to her incorporation in 2019, Beatriz developed her career in the Real Estate and Planning practices of national and international firms, where she gained extensive experience in providing legal advice on urban planning, environmental regulation, infrastructure and construction. At the firm, she advises on complex nationwide projects, including new market trends such as flex living, build‑to‑rent and data centres.
