Jesús Almarcha is a legal expert with over nine years of experience advising Spanish and international insurance and financial companies on regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters. He specializes in Solvency II, portfolio transfers, distribution agreements, and complex insurance contracts. Jesús also advises on cross-border operations and represents clients in insurance-related disputes.
