Pérez-Llorca

Antoni Frigola is Of Counsel at Pérez-Llorca and is a highly experienced litigation lawyer, with a distinguished career in Spanish courts and in private practice. He has extensive experience in complex litigation, including corporate disputes, directors’ liability proceedings, challenges to corporate resolutions in listed companies and international groups, as well as international arbitration. He also regularly advises and represents airlines in damage claims and has a solid background in insolvency and procedural law matters.

Antoni Frigola joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020 as Of Counsel. Prior to joining the firm, he pursued a long career in the Spanish judiciary and the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and later worked in private practice at a prestigious international law firm and a Big Four firm. He has over ten years’ experience practising law following an extensive judicial career, during which he served in various courts across Spain and as a public prosecutor.
