Position

Ana María Rodríguez joined Pérez-Llorca in 2012, after completing work experience in the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration department in 2010 and at an international law firm in 2011.

Career

Ana María is a member of the firm’s Public Law team. She has extensive experience in European Union Law and has been involved in numerous proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union relating to a wide range of matters, including cartel decisions issued by the European Commission, pricing freedom in air transport services, anti‑money laundering, consumer protection, energy and banking resolution. She has also advised on multiple State aid cases, assisting in the preparation of submissions before the European Commission, the preliminary phases following the opening of formal investigation procedures, and representation before the Court of Justice of the European Union. In addition, she has participated in proceedings before the Administrative Board of Review of the European Central Bank. Her practice also covers Administrative Law, where she advises clients across various regulated sectors and represents them in administrative and judicial proceedings involving public works contracts, subsidies and State aid, state liability and public procurement matters.
