Career
Oluwaseun is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
She routinely appears as counsel in complex commercial disputes before superior courts of record in Nigeria. She also represents clients in ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations, and her experience includes cases conducted under the LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, RCICA, and Lagos Court of Arbitration Rules.
Her practice spans energy, financial services, contracts, investment, oil and gas, maritime, construction, pharmaceutical and retail disputes.
In 2022, she was nominated for the Young Arbitration Practitioner of the Year by the Africa Arbitration Awards.
