Grethe Gullhaug is a specialist in construction law and linked to CMS Kluge’s specialist groups for construction law, public procurements and litigation/dispute resolution. Since 1999, she has primarily worked on cases related to construction law, contract law and dispute resolution. Grethe works on a daily basis with cases in the field of construction, representing both contractors and construction clients. She also has substantial experience with consultancy contracts and has handled several major dispute cases regarding different consultancy assignments.
