Position
Commercial-minded lawyer working across all fields of IP, marketing law and unfair competition, with an emphasis on enforcement, dispute resolution and litigation. He assists domestic and foreign clients of all sizes and in all industry sectors with legal and strategic issues such as advisory services, dispute resolution, negotiations and agreements within the IP fields of trademarks, patents, copyright and design law as well as marketing law.
Extensive experience with litigation before the Norwegian courts, as well as administrative procedures before the Norwegian Industrial Property Office (NIPO), The Norwegian Board of Appeal for Industrial Property Rights (KFIR) and the Council dealing with unfair marketing practices (NKU).
