Mahieddine supports a wide range of investors and operators in their projects in Algeria and in the MENA zone. He has dealt with several dozen of national and transnational transactions (structuring, negotiation or execution) and in the context of infrastructure projects (EPC, BOT, PPP).

Mahieddine works in close collaboration with investment funds and advises “Family Offices” within the scope of diversifying and securing their investments.

He also advises international groups on regulated markets (telecom, life sciences, media, banking, insurance, etc.) and assists our clients within complex multilateral negotiations.
