Kehinde is also co-leading the team advising the Board of Trustees, Ogoni Trust Fund, a body set up to manage and disburse the One Billion United States Dollars (US$1,000,000,000) Ogoni Trust Fund, which is to be applied towards the environmental rehabilitation of Ogoniland, Rivers State, Nigeria.Kehinde led the team advising the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (“NNPC”) and its subsidiaries on several novel and important transactions, including the proposed transition of its UJV arrangements with indigenous oil companies, into a fully-fledged IJV. Futhermore, Kehinde is currently co-leading the team advising the Bank of China, Oilserve-Oando-CFCHEC Consortium and Bentex-CPP Consortium in connection with the US$3,000,000,000 Ajaokuta-Kaduna-Kano gas pipeline project, a major gas infrastructure project in Nigeria designed to connect the pipeline networks in the eastern and western parts of Nigeria to the northern region, and will become the largest pipeline network in Nigeria upon completion.
