Laura Ung joined JP Karsenty & Associés law firm in 2024, joining the economic business law team.

Laura has developed an expertise in economic law, and she mainly advises on distribution law, consumer law and competition law.

More specifically, she has acquired expertise in contractual matters (negotiating and drafting contracts, including annual agreements, letters with express reservation, general terms and conditions of sale, research and development, partnerships, etc.) and e-commerce (drafting legal notices, general terms and conditions of sale and use, etc.).

Laura advises French and international clients in a wide range of sectors and handles both advisory and litigation work.
