A member of the Paris Bar since 2023, Eloïse Gumiel joined labour law, commercial real estate and contracts law team of JP Karsenty the same year.

Eloïse is involved in all aspects of employment law, both in terms of individual and collective labour relations and employee health and safety.

She also assists the firm’s clients in the negotiation, drafting and execution of commercial leases.

Eloïse has a particular expertise in litigation. She represents and supports the clients in case of labour, real estate and commercial litigation in court.

As part of her activity, she assists a wide range of clientele, French and foreign, both in counseling and in litigation.
