Tristan Montaigne has been an associate at JP Karsenty since his taking of the oath in 2008.

Initially specialised in copyright law and industrial property law, Tristan also works in the field of IT contracts and IT law. More generally, he works in business law, with clients ranging from small businesses to international companies.

Tristan recently participated in the drafting of an article on the neighbouring rights of press publishers, and is a regular speaker at events organised by the firm.
