Pierre Trusson has joined the firm in 2018 as an associate in intellectual and intangible property, after having practiced for three years in French and international law firms recognized in rankings for their expertise.

Pierre assists French and foreign clients in drafting their contracts and advises them in negotiations with their partners and with administrative authorities.

He is also regularly involved in litigation before the courts, particularly in matters of patent, trademark and advertising law.

Pierre also assists French and foreign clients before the civil and criminal courts in their anti-counterfeiting activities, after having worked for a leading international firm in the field of sports equipment.

He has also developed expertise in complex and multi-party litigation requiring a high degree of analysis, particularly in the agri-food sector.
