Béatrice Moreau-Margotin has been a partner of JP Karsenty since 1999.

Béatrice leads the firm’s Intellectual Property team and also regularly advises and litigates in the fields of advertising law, distribution law and consumer law, for French and foreign clients operating in a variety of sectors (mass retail, luxury goods, pharmaceutical laboratories, banks, wine, real estate development, etc.).

She has extensive experience in patent, trademark and copyright litigation.

Thanks to her dual training, Béatrice is aware of the economic stakes of industrial property litigation.

Through her litigation practice and her knowledge of civil procedure, she effectively assists her clients in defending their rights.
