Raphael F. Meier is Counsel at Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte. His practice focuses on commercial dispute resolution and contract law. In dispute resolution, he specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration (Swiss Rules, ICC, WIPO). As a mediator SCCM / UMCH he also supports parties in mediation proceedings, either as party representative or mediator.

Raphael Meier's dispute resolution practice covers a broad range of commercial disputes, including general contract law, international trade and commercial law, insurance law, construction law, distribution and licensing law, unfair competition and intellectual property law and M&A transactions. His advisory work focuses on distribution law and intellectual property law, in particular in connection with ICT contracts. Raphael Meier is a member of the board of the European Lawyers' Association.
