Sebastian C. Wyler is an Attorney-at-Law at Thouvenin Attorneys at Law. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for several years as an attorney at two renowned commercial law firms in Zurich. 

His practice focuses particularly on employment law, where he provides both advisory and forensic services, as well as on disputes before state courts and arbitration tribunals and advising on contractual and commercial law disputes.  

Recent experience includes the following:  

• Representation of a Swiss wealth- and asset manager in the dismissal and exit of a co-founder and leading employee 

• Representation of a relationship manager in employment-related disputes against his former employer, a large Swiss financial institution 

• Representation of an internationally operating producer of contact lenses in the dismissal and exit of a Swiss-based key employee (by way of settlement) 

• Representation of the acquirer in a complex post-M&A dispute against the former sellers
