Giacomo specializes in corporate and financial restructuring and insolvency, assisting clients in any kind of corporate crisis management and insolvency proceedings.

He has gained significant experience in restructuring and distressed lending transactions, consistently advising banks and financial institutions (both Italian and international), investment funds, sponsors, and industrial groups on domestic and cross-border transactions.

He assists clients in complex corporate reorganizations and M&A transactions, also in distressed context and special situations investments, as well as in insolvency-related litigation.

He graduated in Law from University of Milan – Bicocca in 2011 and he has been admitted to the Italian Bar in 2015.
