Alberto is a member of the Financial Regulation Department and he provides out-of-court assistance to Italian, EU and non-EU banks and financial intermediaries, and to asset managers. He specializes mainly in advising clients operating in regulated sectors, focusing on areas related to the provision of investment, banking and payment services, both in the context of ongoing advisory work and in assisting in extraordinary transactions or new projects. Before joining our Firm, he worked at the Zitiello Associati law firm.

He regularly participates as a speaker at conferences related to the field of financial regulations.

Alberto obtained full marks in his law degree awarded by Milan’s Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2013 and has been a member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2015.
