Stefano is Senior Counsel in the Banking & Finance department.

He covers a broad spectrum of Banking & Finance transactions and regularly advises Italian and international clients on high-profile domestic and cross-border financing matters, with a particular focus on acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate finance, high yield and private placement.

He received his Law Degree, cum laude, from Università Carlo Cattaneo – LIUC in 2009 and has been admitted to the Italian Bar Association since 2014.
